About the Product
What makes the Aquafigure product special?
We’ve created a reusable and stylish water bottle that featurs an interchangeable tag on the inside, creating an amazing 3D-effect. We believe the unique visual appeal of the bottle will inspire users to drink more water. The artwork on the tags can then be enjoyed in the bottle and not on the bottle. We have patented our proprietary technology to ensure we are the only ones in the market offering this innovation.
How to use the product?
Simply insert your favorite tag and enjoy (see “how to use” at aquafigure.com or at the back of the box). When you want to change the artwork in the bottle, simply pull out the tag and insert one of the others from your collection.
We recommend cleaning the tags after use before storing them clean and dry.
What are the bottles and tags made of?
Our bottles are made from a high quality copolyester polymer named Eastman Tritan™, a 100% BPA-free, highly durable, reusable, and lightweight material with a glass-like appearance.
Our tags are also BPA-free and made from high quality food-safe and odorless PET (Polethylene Terephtalate).
Are Aquafigure bottles and tags safe?
Yes, safety first! Our bottles and tags are manufactured using food contact materials that are 100% compliant with EU and US regulations.
Have the products been tested for safety?
Yes, the products have passed all required safety testing. They are designed and third-party tested for repeated use. Migration testing performed by world renowned SQTS (Swiss Quality Testing Services) meet the most stringent food safety standards set by the EU and the FDA.
Where are the products manufactured?
All our bottles and tags are made in Europe.
Is it safe to use a reusable bottle?
Yes, it is generally safe to use a reusable bottle. However, we recommend washing the bottle regularly to ensure that it is clean and free of bacteria. It is also a good idea to replace the bottle if it becomes damaged.
How to clean the bottle and tags?
We recommend rinsing the bottle after each use. You may use a mild detergent and clean in the dishwasher (top rack) once per week (with the tag inside).
How do I care for my reusable Aquafigure bottle?
First, wash all parts with water and dish soap before use.
To care for your reusable Aquafigure bottle, we recommend washing it with warm, soapy water before rinsing and drying after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or exposing the bottle to very hot liquids, as this can damage the material.
What is the lifespan of the bottles and tags?
We estimate that each bottle, with daily use, can last up to 2 years if properly washed and cared for. The unique Tags will also last for many years, as long as you take good care of them. When not used in the bottle, please store them (lid removed) in a clean and dry place, or simply hang them on the kitchen wall as decoration until next use.
Can I use hot water in the bottle?
Yes and no. For bottle and tag, warm water is ok (40-60°C), but boiling hot water is not as this could change the appearance of the product
About the Categories and Collections
What do I get with the bundle deal?
You will get a box including one bottle and 4 to 6 tags (depending on the collection).
Will the collections change?
Yes, for instance sport collections will be renewed when the season changes for each team, and new designs will regularly be introduced for each category.
Will you add new collections?
Of course! We will keep adding new collections to make sure everybody finds something that appeals to them.
Will I need to buy a new bottle to get new tags?
No, we will soon offer tags sold separately, so you don’t have to buy a new bottle every time – Good for your budget and good for the environment.
About the Orders
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be edited.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation by email with a tracking URL that enables you to check the progress of your shipment. If you have created an account on our store, you can also log in to view tracking details.
I did not receive the product I ordered, what should I do?
Please visit our contact page within 48 hours of receival of goods and we will fix it.
Please provide your order confirmation number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, you can return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not offer free returns; you must therefore pay for the return yourself. Please mail or deliver the goods to us within 14 days, and inform us using the contact form, why you want to cancel the purchase. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned. Make sure you pack the goods securely and keep the proof of mailing.
We do not accept any responsibility for returns that are lost in the mail, we recommend using a signed for service when returning any goods to us.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, you must use our contact form within 48 hours of receival. You must include a photo of the damage and your order confirmation.

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
Do you offer satisfaction/money-back guarantee?
Yes, we will give you your money back if you return the product unused within 14 days. If you do try out the product, but don’t like it, please return it within 14 days using our contact form and we will refund the item.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
All orders are shipped between Monday and Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from one of our distribution centers in Europe. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information after the items have been dispatched. (Please allow additional business days for dispatch during peak sales/holidays.)
Please note these are average delivery times and not guaranteed, some shipments can take additional time.
For packages sent outside Europe, please allow a few extra days for shipping and customs.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
It depends on where you live. Orders processed in Europe will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided by email.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be visible and before being added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the time of purchase. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. Orders placed with express shipping will normally be delivered within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please do not use any damaged product as this will void your warranty and may cause danger.
Contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our contact page. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product(s)/
What’s not covered by the warranty?
General wear and tear (scratches, dents or dropped bottles) are typically not covered.
