Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
- Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping within the EU takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can, but please keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as your location, and will be calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to your doorstep.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
- International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the EU and the rest of the world. However, we do not perform VAT handling outside of EU and Norway.
